Nashville, Tenn. (May 28, 2008) -- BMI songwriters and publishers can access their future royalties under a program announced today by Lyric Financial™.  

The program, called FastForwardMyRoyalties™, helps songwriters and publishers avoid the wait for payment that can occur as performance royalties are earned, but not yet processed. The FastForward program makes it easy for BMI affiliates to access their royalty pipeline, because it is not a loan and therefore does not require credit qualification, pledging of songs as collateral or financial statements to be submitted. The songwriter or publisher gets paid and the appropriate amount of future royalties are then redirected to Lyric Financial™.  To qualify, a BMI affiliate must be expected to earn at least $5,000 in performance royalties during the following year. Fees and a processing charge will apply.
