The All Access LOC is for anyone with an established catalog, Music Publishers, Estates, Songwriters, Producers, Artists, and Record Labels. This line of credit can be used as catalog acquitions, new writer signings, project/artist development or general working captial when the timing and amount expenses are not clearly defined. It provides a cash reserve available when you need it, while only charging interest on the amount of credit used for only the time you use it. Minimum request is $500,000. Must have royalty earnings of at least $100,000 a year to qualify or annual operating income of at least $250,000 for business.
Songwriters and Music Publishers can use a Performance Loan for personal or business needs. It allows you to borrow up to 90% of your next two years royalty earnings with BMI, ASCAP or SESAC. Are you a songwriter who is buying your first house or publisher who is hiring a new staffer? Are you a business manager trying to finance merchandise for a new band or tour expense? A Performance Loan may be perfect for you.
A Bridge Loan is for short-term tour support when there is a stream of contractually- guaranteed revenue. This product is structured with a single payment of principal and interest due on a payoff date to coincide with payment from your label or sponsor.
